4. Explain the 3 differences regarding each countroes moral or ethical behaviors or concerns.
5. Make a recommendation to your organizational leadership on whether expanding your business to Spain is ideal or not. (Keep in mind that the two models are different: USA has free-market and Spain has universal healthcare systems)
