Once you log in, Click on the 9 dots in the upper right corner and scroll down to Classroom and click on it. Then click on Module 1, then click Classwork which is in the middle top page and scroll to #5- Vital Signs Fundamentals. Click on Assignment_Vital Signs and finish the assignment.
