You need to make 4 slides in total
1) What are patients experiencing? — so basically this is about customers’ journey who are sick and how they are applying for health insurance and going to the doctor’s office and getting prescriptions and recommending to other people with isurance. Please include in details on how the process is going for each one (self-diagnosis, research for insurance company, apply/enroll for insurance company etc)
2) What are patients experiencing Green point slide– Throughout the process, just make up some good things about each one
3) What are patients experiencing Red point slide — Throughout the process, just make up some bad things about each one.
4) Customer perspective as/is slide — so this slide is about how the customer is getting health insurance I’ve already created the customer/patient profile ( Andrew who is 22 yrs old, college student, has to take the wisdom teeth out) and based on his profile, you gotta create how he is applying for health insurance (is he enrolling through online, is he making a phone call to gather more info?)
