I am writing this email to check if we can have positive outcome as like XYZ
Please not I have not spoke to her manager – Vic . I am seeing some help here to get positive outcome by implementing some strategic approach
As we are cross functional , my job is highly collaborative as I with different leaders Mike . Please get these leaders feedback they can evaluate me best .
My Concerns with my Leader :
•Till one and half year she worked well , we used to talk and discuss last few months when other leadership started appritiating me her critisiam increased
•Never had 1:1
•Sometimes calls uses words like punish you or show unwanted anger leading confusion impacting my moral
•Presented all my work in news letter of Vic Gulati hide never introduced with sr leadership
•If any other leader appritiates she uses words like you can leave and work with him .

I do not want to leave company as my manager is not providing visibility , transparency , fair treatment and giving me insulting treatment as showing anger , creating fear and using unapproritate words like punish . I kept patience for four months to understand sometimes its just frusted or anger reaction now from last few days I am seeing she is showing intentions to end my journey at Stone : By evolving and big projects she portraying blame without defining clarity on what she expected .
Her style of work as autocratic where she does not listen for other . Just to show case her power she is creating insecurity .
Please consider this email as leadership conflict
From last two year I am working with XYZ. I have 16 years of experience in software Testing including Manual and Automation and helped organizations in enhancing QA processes, building QA practices and enhancing automation processes .
After joining STONEX, I was doing adding project work and also talked to teams to access quality processes. I found the team was not organized. Automation is happening locally. I took many corrective actions Organize and define a strategic approach as a team is big and growing.. I have attached an email of my actions.
Understanding the value of my all of work is presented by Neha in Vic’s newsletter. All these works are part of my side projects as I was not assigned full time to complete these after managing my teams I was doing these tasks as side projects. I have attached proof of my task list and the appreciation received.

My primary focus and responsibility in managing Enterprise Data ensuring QA team is getting aligned to projects. I work very closely with Abhay Premi , Nagoor Haja , Amanda Carter , and Mukesh Srivastava please check my work and deliverables so they can tell me about my work .
I also feel she is a good leader but has challenges in handling team as team has grown around 60 members but no one from her is team growing. Most of the member’s reports to her may is she is unable to handle stress.
I assume her frustrations are mounting for small things which is resulted in anger.
