The effects of climate change have been a topic that has for long been discussed and raised across multinational and global concerns over what should be done to mitigate the crises. In the modern day world, a lot of activities have increased the dangers and effects of poor use of the environment an aspect that affects our world in various ways. The dangers of climate change shall continue to haunt future generations should nothing be done to mitigate the problem now. The issue of climate change has seen a global shift in normal weather patterns, an aspect that has in return affected various parts of the world, causing diverse weather conditions that endanger our lives. Example include burning of coal, release of bad gases from our vehicles and company’s omission of untreated gas into the air. As a result, these effects have contributed towards destruction of the ozone layer, an aspect that has triggered climate challenges. The effects range from diverse bad weather conditions like reduced rainfall and draught have been on the rise in some part of the world, causing a decreased food production.
I however believe that we need to be accountable for our actions, and we shouldn’t let our future generation have to pay for our mistakes, and lifestyle now. Due to this reason, it is our obligation and moral obligation to enhance measures now that would assist towards protection of our environment, and as a result get to protect our climate in the future. To enhance such measures, we would need to enhance strict measures passed and supported by our governments. This means that all governments should pass regulations that enhance wellness of our environment. Besides this, there can be regulations and guidelines that should be enhanced by companies especially that get to release various gas and waste products into the environment get treated, and stern measures taken to companies that don’t oblige to the set regulations. Nevertheless, we can adapt to safer environment friendly sources of energy like solar and wind energy. This would help reduce the carbon released when we use sources of energy like coal despite being cheap. It’s our duty and responsibility to ensure that we are taking measures that protect the environment. Such measures can be enhanced through training and education programs on our kids. Doing this would enable them to grow as they practice safe measures of protecting our environment. In the long run, this would save and protect them in the future against diverse climate change complications.
