What specific areas of your professional practice can you identify for further development?

Students are required to write an individual reflection on the subject learnings.
This reflection will consist of two parts, each worth 5 marks:
Students have to summarize the content presented in various sessions and reflect on how they embedded the learning from these sessions into their group assignment and/or how these learnings changed their thinking about new product management and development. Please use examples from the group project to provide evidence of your learning.
Students have to reflect on their group report learning experience: Students should thereby be guided by the following questions:
Think about your overall experience with the group project: What achievements are you most proud of? Why are you proud of them? What challenges did you face?
Consider how your experience shapes how you view particular situations such as working in a group, conducting marketing research, presenting your work etc. What specific areas of your professional practice can you identify for further development?
Your reflection will be marked based on
Depth of reflection
Criticality of insights
Rationalisation of (any) action resulting from reflection
Cohesiveness, effective choice of language and accuracy (e.g. spelling, grammar, punctuation etc.) of written work
Format of the reflection:
Reflections should include a cover page showing the name and student number.
The body of the assignment should be presented in a professional manner, including:
Times New Roman font
12 point font for paragraphs
1.5 line spacing
Margins approximately 2.5cm each (Word default)
Highlighted headings (bold)
No figures, tables, or appendix.
