This is a free topic paper, I chose mental health / mental health awareness. There is no specific rubric or guidelines. I’m looking for an overall explanation of mental health, what it is, how it affects individuals, and how this can affect their quality of life. My vision is to focus on the clinical part of mental health, and how things like anxiety, depression, and other mental illness work/affect the human brain. Incorporate providers who specialize in helping treat mental illness (maybe counseling, therapy, etc..)
