The target reader is your boss in your organization
who has asked you to work in the vaccine mandate issue. She knows healthcare well but does not
have an in-depth knowledge about vaccinations and mandates. When she reads your work, she
must understand its content easily and without having to do any investigation. Therefore, you
have to figure out what you need to share with her to facilitate her understanding and decision-
making process. To do that well, you must anticipate the information she needs and the questions
she may want an answer to.
Points to be discussed in this assignment:
a. History of vaccination mandate in the United States (not just covid-19, mandates date much further back!!) b. Current federal and state-level vaccination mandates and motivations for these mandates
c. Current anti-vaccination related mandates in the US
d. Current covid-19 vaccinate mandates across the US, by public or private entities
e. Definition of any relevant terms
