APA in-text citation style uses the author’s last name and the year of publication, for example: (Blanchard, 1992). The in-text citation is used when you refer to, summarize, paraphrase, or quote from another source. In-text citations point the reader to your references. There must be a reference in your reference list to support every in-text citation.

In regards to the requirement outlined in bullet number two above, the book is Human Resource Management by Gary Dessler 16th Edition. If you do not have access to the text book, then do not worry about it. Once I receive the essay, I can just add source material myself.
