Since this is an ethics course, there needs to be ethical reasoning in the paper using an Utilitariansim theory, and not just legal or logistical issues. The paper should include arguments for and against viewpoints.
The topic of the paper is: women have the automony and the moral right to decide what she wants to do with her own body.
The paper should include:
Discuss the technical aspects of your topic in general terms in the first part of the paper.
Discuss the public policy debates relevant to the topic. This section should cover arguments that favor and oppose the use of the techniques or products.
Personal opinion (pro abortion: Women have the autonomy to decide what she wants for her own body. Abortions will occur if they are illegal or not. It is morally competent to allow women a safe enviroment to have an abortion if she chooses to do so. The utilitarianism theory implies that an individual’s actions are deemed to be right if the results of one’s actions bring more pleasure than pain and wrong if the actions bring more pain than pleasure. Make Abortions illegal could cause more harm to women. )
