Since you will be sharing your reflections on your Coaching experience as part of the Leader Lab assignment for LM 3, we will focus this Pause for Reflection on Part II of LM 3. Let’s keep this assignment simple this week, since your plate is full enough, and let’s use a Padlet again to share your reflections.
Assignment:
After reviewing Learning Module 3 – Part II course materials corresponding to week 6 (e.g. communicating supportively, providing descriptive feedback, active listening, receiving feedback, TED Talks, the Leader Lab “Feedback Coaching Skill” …), please share your key takeaways / reflections on this Padlet by just clicking the plus sign. Remember to write your name on your entries, since most of the time they show as anonymous. Also, remember to write down your reflections in your Leadership Journal.
Padlet Instructions:
When you click the “plus” sign to do your entry, you will have several options (e.g. post message, etc.) including the the option to record yourselves in video. Just press the pink hexagon with the three dots and additional options will appear. I encourage you to play with the video recording option! By the way, you can record yourselves and watch the recording before you post it. Padlet is super user friendly. You will also get some extra points for doing it!
Please share your reflections on this Padlet by just clicking the plus sign. If you decide to record a video, please limit the video length to a maximum of 45 seconds. I recommend that you write down the bullet points that you would like to cover and practice a couple of times before submitting your final version. That will allow you to stay within the 45 seconds time limit.
