Prepare a 3-5-power point slides addressing the problem statement that your quality management research project will address. A good problem statement must include the following, (a) why is this work situation a problem (management concern), (b) what is the general problem and the specific implications for the organization, (c) importance of addressing this problem for managers interested in quality.
Focus on the the problem statement, giving some background about the company you chose and what course objectives and course topics that are related to your issue.
