Initial Post:
Consider a company that you would like to start and manage for your life’s work. Develop a Mission statement, Vision statement, and Values statement for the company. Use the following format for this project:
Company : Name (with brief description, if necessary)
Mission: Define a brief statement that defines that explicitly declares the business of the organization and its intended areas of operation. Explain what the organization does and for whom.
Vision: Define a brief statement that is an idealistic expression of what the organization wants to become, including where the organization wants to go and how it will get there. Be ambitious and express the aspirations as a means of visualizing the future.
Values: Define a brief statement that establishes a formal set of organizational principles and qualities in a values statement, methods of measuring behavior against public values, and identifies how the organization makes its performance standards clear to its employees and the public.
Review varies personal and professional Mission, Vision, and Values statements. Note that this should be short and concise statements but long enough to clearly understand. Note that these statements should be free of grammatical and spelling errors.
