Please create and write-up a classical conditioning, operant conditioning or behavior modification project in two to three pages. Think of a project in which you want to do to modify or change behavior. This can be done on you, your animal, or someone that you see on a very regular basis. For example, I had a person that wanted to get her boyfriend to put the toilet seat down at her house. She decided to use his favorite candy (skittles) as a behavior modification technique. Every time he went to the bathroom, she would go in there and say could you please put down the seat and every time he put down the toilet seat she would bring him a candy. Eventually, he began to put it down on his own. Make sure you answer all of the questions below in complete sentences in numbered format. You will need to do this for a period of time and chart the numbers of times it takes to see change, or to completely change the behavior. Over the course of time, what happened to the behavior if it was not reinforced?

6. What did you use as an incentive? Charts, food, stickers, praise, freedom from pain etc.
7. Approximately how long did/will this take to complete? Some things are ongoing, and that is okay too.
