a better system, translation telephone installation in every room.

systems will improve communication, medication compliance, decrease hospital
stay, decrease readmissions.
T: 2 years.
PICOT Question:
Can hospital discharge be modified by implementing a better translation system
to reduce hospitalization/readmit in the Hispanics population? THIS WAS MY PICOT QUESTION. PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS VERY WELL. TWO SAMPLES HAVE BEEN UPLOADED.
