Navigate to the website “Aviation Safety Network.” (see Explore item in Learn section for link) Find an aviation safety incident/accident that either relates to your current situation or an incident/accident that perked your interest. Write a brief summary regarding the safety negligence(s) that contributed to the accident. Include a personal reflection. In your personal reflection, apply your personal minimums that you have set for yourself after you read Chapter 8 of the FAA Risk Management Handbook. Identifying your personal minimums is necessary to prevent a similar incident/accident from happening to you within your time as a pilot. Be sure to appropriately cite the safety incident/accident you have referenced.
