Many of you have already posted what you think are the key elements of an effective FBO (if you had unlimited funds to spend to make it so). In the “real world” most FBO’s do not have millions of dollars to invest in high-class ambiance such is depicted in the video. If you had to make an FBO “pay its way” forward to become a top notch FBO, what would you serve the flying public first, and how would you parlay profits into the next line of service to gradually increase size, scope of operation and profitability?
