In this assignment, you will demonstrate your understanding of implementation, control, and measuring
decisions and tactics as it relates to networking your product(s) or company in their macro-environment for your Strategic Marketing Plan. You will write up your results like you are providing strategic marketing
recommendations to an organization by offering them your insight regarding what the most suitable
implementation, control, and measurements for tactics should look like. Make recommendations regarding what the organization may want to maintain, remove, or add to their implementation, control, tactics, and measurements decisions based on the supported reasons you provide.

 Concise “Situational Analysis” Paragraph
 Offer two or three body paragraphs related to implementation, control, and measurement decisions as
well as tactics. Apply terms and concepts from Chapter 12 and 13 and be sure to support how your
recommendations are also linked to the situational analysis.
 Provide A Conclusion Which Summarizes The Most Relevant Situational Issues Which Help to Support
Your Summarized Recommendations
You may want to use Exhibit 13.15 (p. 356) to conduct a marketing audit of 2 or more major areas concerning your organization which help to inform your situational analysis.
Submit a PDF document with your recommendations and supporting rationality for what you propose, why, and how. There should be an introduction and a conclusion paragraph. The body of the assignment should be organized and detailed in a way that helps to draft your response to the relevant sections from the Strategic Marketing Plan template for your final project assignment.
There are a lot of ways to control and monitor the success of a strategic marketing plan. Methods like
monitoring customer feedback, monitoring budgeting, spending, and target market sales (e.g., Root, 2019). There are also a number of ways to organize your organization structure and position marketing strategy within that framework (e.g., Devaney, 2019). Most of this comes down to “fit” and ongoing auditing, measurement and refinement as defined in Chapter 12 and 13 of the textbook.
Review Walker and Mullins textbook Chapter 12, give your final project product and/or organization 2 in-depth suggestions to improve the way they organize and plan for effective implementation of strategic marketing goals AND review Chapter 13 to give your final project product and/or organization 2 in-depth
recommendations regarding measurement and delivering marketing performance.
Tip: Look for reports and articles for your final project product and/or organization like the ones listed below for a P&G product to gain insights which will help you offer and support recommendations for ways to improve the implementation, controls, measurement decisions, and tactics.
