Consider whether you would be influenced by an authority figure under Haslam & Reicher’s (2014) engaged-followership proposal. What factors do you think might incline you toward obeying an authority ffigure under this proposal?
Finally, what is your current attitude toward Milgram’s studies? For example, do you think they are important? Do you think the knowledge gained justified the risk participants might have been exposed to? If you were to teach this area to a friend, what would you say about Milgram’s studies?
