Choose a company to research (MORE FUN IF YOU CHOOSE A COMPANY FOR WHICH YOU ARE PASSIONATE.)
Utilize secondary data from a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 10 credible sources. Analyze using the outline below. Research paper shall be a minimum of 8 maximum of 10 pages in length utilizing a works cited page in MLA/APA format (if you are unfamiliar with MLA/APA, information is available in the library or you may Google/YouTube). Use your text (as one of your sources, and include course terms and definitions.)
All papers must be in 12-point font, double-spaced, and with a cover page (that does not count towards the page count). You MUST have your paper proofread by someone else! Don’t count on technology to help you, students usually get burned by spell and grammar check! 🙂 Please submit in Microsoft Word.
Describe a firm that you think has been highly innovative. Which of the two types of innovation- Product vs. Process, Core vs. Transformational -did it use? Did the firm use different types over time?
Does the firm develop ways to make innovation happen? Four ways to do so are by providing (1) the right organizational culture, (2) the right people, or human capital; (3) the appropriate resources, and (4) the correct reward system.
Of course use as much course terminology as possible–utilize what you have learned about management thus far in the class and apply to your paper.
