a) Student to submit a three-page case study analysis report for each case analysis following these guidelines:
Describe the context of the case: What is the issue?
Explain the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the organization
Evaluate the actions the organization has taken to solve the issue; what recommendations have been made and implemented.
b) Within this context, students are to discuss Kotter’s (2012) framework for change, vis-a-vis the actual analysis.
Identify which, if any, of Kotter’s (2012) eight stages resonate as you analyze the case. Note: Be specific and cite the literature as appropriate.
