Create a rough sketch of the program described in the case description below. Choose either a logic
model format or a rich picture format for your sketch. This is meant to be a short practice exercise to introduce these two different ways of modeling. Please spend no more than 30 minutes on your sketch. A snapshot of a pen and paper sketch is fine. Feel free to collaborate with a classmate if you like.
 Logic model: See the Week 5 video for a template for creating a logic model. The video also
contains a link to a logic modelling guide if you would like to reference it, however the template
in the video should be more than sufficient for this activity.
Plus 4-5 powerpoint slides to describe features of the model, and/or the aspects of the program or gaps that the model brings forward and/or new questions that the modeling process raised for you about the program.
