Conduct a Stakeholder Analysis and Stakeholder Register.
Use any ONE of the stakeholder analysis tools to analyze how you need to think about stakeholders/stakeholder groups of the XN sample projects you covered in your SWOT Analysis from Module Two. Options to use include the Power-influence grid, or one of the other tools presented in the material ( or feel free to do your own research!). Decide which one will give you the best insight into what to expect if you end up executing your project. If you don’t know names of specific stakeholders, you may identify them by role names ( like “business owner”) or develop stakeholder “personas” and use fictional names.
Start by creating a Stakeholder Register. THINK about what information you need to provide for the project; You will not all need every column you see in the examples/templates in the material provided to you. Focus on the information you need.
Include in this submission the Stakeholder Register, and either a powerpoint presentation or an executive summary that explains the choices made for the columns and format of your register. Explain how you would use the information in the register.
In this assignment:
Depth of thought rubric will relate to how complete you are in identifying ALL of the stakeholders in your register and what their roles/responsibilities will be in the project. It will also be based on the rationale for why you chose the stakeholder analysis tool that you used. Be sure to explain this in terms of how the tool fits this use.
Tools and techniques will relate to how well you format and present your submission deliverables. They should be professional and useful for your to-be Project Plan.
