HYPOTHESIS: In the novel Royal by author Jean-Philippe Baril-Guérard, the main character uses his intense need for control as a means of survival in all areas of his life. Your critical reflection will take the form of a literary analysis including introduction, development and conclusion.
Your literary analysis should conform to an analytical structure (2 or 3 paragraphs).

Secondary characters are defined solely by a characteristic or their function in relation to the main character.
