1. Come up with a research area dealing with international trade. Trade is quite broad and
includes (but not limited to) Trade Policy, Political Economy of Trade, Trade and Growth,
Trade and Environment, Multinationals, etc.. One example might be: Does Trade Hurt the
Environment?
2. This should be between 4 to 6 pages of 12 point Times New Roman text, double spaced and 1 inch margins.
3. You need to reference a minimum six research papers. I provide a list of acceptable journals below, but if you find a paper that is published in a different journal or a “working paper”,
you can clear it with me.
