This week’s assignment will encourage you to reflect on the social work knowledge, skills, and values you have acquired throughout your academic program.
For each competency, write a 700-to-1,050-word paper explaining how you have met the skills listed. Use the Wk 3 Competency Reflection Assignment Template provided as a guide. Do the following:
Create sections for each competency. To ensure adequate discussion of each competency, write 350-525 words for each section.
Support your explanations by attaching 1-2 examples (graded papers, projects, etc.). Be sure to describe how the examples are relevant to the competencies. Place your examples in the competency folders you created within your ZIP file.
You may find it helpful to review the feedback you have received from instructors on your past assignments—even if you scored well. You are likely to find suggestions or tips you can use in your response.
If you are unable to provide examples, reflect on your field experience and describe a scenario in which you mastered the competency. Be detailed in your description.
