· Central or Peripheral Route to Persuasion
· Visual or Verbal message content (Right or Left Brain)

In this section you must talk about how the products attributes satisfy the needs of the TA and how the product is presented
· Stimulus Generalization
· Stimulus Discrimination
· Brand equity
