Andrew Jackson is one of the most polarizing presidents in the history of the United States. People either believe he was a great president or an absolutely terrible president with few opinions in between. As a matter of fact there are a number of Indian reservations that refuse to take $20 bills because they have his picture on them. In this assignment, you will answer two questions.
1) What is your definition of a good president?
2) Using the definition that you wrote, is Andrew Jackson a good president? Why or why not?
