Jazmine a 36-year-old African-American female came in today because she has been experiencing symptoms of depression. She recently divorce her husband of ten years three months ago.
She reports having a hard time getting out of bed, being irritated quite easily, feeling lonely and sad daily. She has three kids ranging from the ages four to twelve. She expresses having a hard time completing daily activities with them and feelings of not being a good mother lately.
