Read the Case Study on “Keeping the Doors Open”, pp. 225-242 in Stivers et al., Christian Ethics: A Case Method Approach.
Once you have read the case study, write a 400-500 word paper which includes:
Your statement of the problem
A beginning solution to the dilemma; and
The moral reasoning that grounds your position.
In addition, briefly describe an alternative position and state in reasoned terms why you do not agree with it. Your paper must reflect the commentary that follows each case. This paper is not a feelings paper; the emphasis is on moral reasoning.
