You will choose an important or significant popular music song, music video, or album NOT covered in class. Rather than choosing an artist, focus on one thing that illustrates the importance of the artist. For example, instead of writing about Michael Jackson, you’d write about “Beat It,” which enables you, of course, to write about Michael Jackson.
