Write a 5–7-page research paper detailing the lives and accomplishments of your chosen historical jazz figure.
Your paper must include…
– Biographical Information for your chosen musician.

– Major Accomplishments and why they’re important.

Use musical vocabulary/concepts – Get specific!
Include names of musicians on recordings and historical context when
appropriate
