Our work has primarily focused on the work in the United States. Let’s broaden our view and look at an international perspective on diversity, equity and inclusion. Select two countries of interest to you with differing cultures (ie. Norway and Brazil, or China and Honduras) and examine DEI in them. How do they compare with the United States? As social workers, we will deal with immigrants and refugees. Having this type of framework helps us understand our clients better.
Contribute a minimum of 7 pages (this includes the cover page and the reference page). It should include at least 12 academic sources, formatted and cited in APA.
