After reviewing all of the readings and materials covered throughout this course, select one of the topics of most interest to you and prepare a three- to four-minute video reflection on that topic. Examples of potential topics include diversity in organizations, personality tests, conflict resolution, motivating employees, etc.
In your reflection, you can address:
Why you chose the topic
What you want people to know about your topic
Specific examples of your topic in the workplace
The video should be informative and engaging. The presentation should include a visual aid that engages the audience and guides understanding. Be sure to submit the visual aid along with the video response for grading.
