What managerial implications does your result have?

26. Use the data in the Excel file Job Satisfaction to find the best multiple regression model to predict the overall satisfaction as a function of the other variables. what managerial implications does your result have?
-Don’t forget to now do Step 3 and take the necessary action of removing variables if Multicollinearity exists.
-For Steps 4 and 5, don’t do the residuals analysis until you have removed all of the insignificant variables per Step 6. Be sure to check for any standard residuals that exceed 3.
– For Step 6, remove all variables with p-values exceeding 0.05. But don’t remove them all at once. Re-run the regression analysis after each variable is removed in order to see the new p-values. Stop removing variables once all of the remaining variables have p-values less than 0.05.
– Don’t do Step 9 until you have removed all insignificant variables and have analyzed the residuals of the final model. Then write the prediction equation of the final model and interpret each slope coefficient of the final model. Then predict Job Satisfaction based upon these variable values (but only using the variables that are significant): Years: 10, Ideas: 3, Communication: 4, Recognition: 2, Training: 4, Work Conditions: 5, Tools and Information: 3, Work/Life Balance: 4. Please take note that step 9 has been found to be the most challenging and please use the discussion forum to solidify your understanding of this step.
