What community resources would you refer travis and jessica to?

Scenario:
Jessica and Travis are in their mid-20s and have been married for 5 years. Travis works as a manager for a local supermarket and Jessica is a medical transcriber at the hospital. They recently purchased their first home. Jessica is expecting and she plans to take 3 months off of work to care for her new baby. However, she spent the last 5 weeks on bed rest. Unfortunately, this bed rest period has used over half of her maternity leave. When the infant was born, she was born premature and will need to spend 6 weeks in the NICU. Jessica estimates that she will be out of work for several more weeks and she is now afraid of losing her job. Also, she is afraid that they will not be able to pay their mortgage if she runs out of maternity leave or loses her job. The couple has very little saved. There is a possibility that Jessica could work part-time and do some transcription from home. Jessica’s parents live out of town and she has a strong relationship with them. Travis’ parents live locally but their relationship is strained. Travis’ mother wants to help with the infant but has medical problems of her own. Jessica’s mother is willing to travel into town for a few days to a week at a time, but must return home to help Jessica’s grandmother that is elderly and recovering from COVID-19.
1. You are meeting Jessica and Travis for the first time when learning about their situation. Describe the types of follow-up questions you would ask them regarding their finances and ability to care for the infant of the next several weeks.
