In addition to the summary, the student is responsible for creating 2-3 questions about health information/technology and patient safety/outcomes related to the selected article or chapter readings on patient safety for the week.

Each student will summarize one journal article related to health information/technology and patient safety/outcomes from a reliable peer-reviewed source (this must be a research related article and cannot be a website or continuing education article).
The summary should be at least 200 words in length and the reference should be in APA format.
