Reflect on the learning material Letters on Leadership, Download Letters on Leadership, collected by Tom Elmore, one of the HSMT 3201 instructors, from various, mostly hospital, health system leaders in early 2018. As you reflect on these letters, respond to the following:
What are your general impressions after reading these letters?
What are 2-3 themes that thread through the letters? Why do you think so many of the leaders focus on these themes, especially with regard to the health system?
